• Payment must be made in advance via PayPal within 24 hours of ordering (There may be exceptions if this is negotiated)
• I only accept payment in dollars (USD)
• I start working on your order ONLY after payment.
• No refunds after payment, unless I can't finish working on your piece, then you get a 100% refund• I have the right to refuse to complete your order
• Turnaround time varies, usually 1 week to 2 months, depending on what I am busy with at the time. Please keep in mind that I am in a city with military operations and we have frequent emergencies.• WIP photos are only sent if this has been previously agreed upon.• You must correctly credit me if you repost my work anywhere.• When commissioning me, you agree that your work may be published on any of my social media sites. You can order private work by paying extra for it.
• You cannot use my work for commercial purposes unless you have paid extra for it.• I can draw gore (blood, scars and wounds).

Bases Terms of Service

·Create your own drawings (for personal use or to create your own adopted characters for sale).·Make reference lists for existing characters you already own.·Accept design orders on the base for those who want to use the base for their idea.·Value your work and orders using my base as you see fit, I recommend and encourage users to assign an appropriate price based on the time spent on the work you create. There is no limit on how much you are allowed to earn.·Do not remove my watermark from the bases. You can change its color and size (but to make it recognizable and readable).·You are free to make your own edits as you see fit, there are no restrictions on that. In any case, you must specify my signature.·In any way or circumstance, you absolutely CANNOT sell the base or share it with others after you have purchased it. If someone wants to use the base, they must purchase it directly from my store or my other social media sites where the base is available for purchase.·No traces of my bases are allowed, if you find someone doing this, please contact me immediately so it can be resolved and that person can be quickly blocked/blacklisted.·I absolutely do not mind when my bases are mixed with each other or with other artists' bases! Make sure the other artist doesn't mind mixing their bases either! The only thing you have to do is link to me in any way, even if you have used a small portion of my base.·As for marketing rights, absolutely no prints, media or merchandise can contain or use my bases. If you are caught doing so, you will be blacklisted.·If my base is used in any way, you must tag me with my social media link or store link so other users can buy! You can indicate "Base from Prettynetting/Unholy Jack," but please, it's better to put a backlink.
